肝动脉内灌注大剂量多种抗癌药加碘苯酯治疗原发性肝癌的毒副作用分析

摘　　要：分析６７例２３４次肝动脉灌注大剂量多种抗癌药加碘苯酯治疗原发性肝扬的毒副作用。用量为：顺氯氨铂１００～１２０ｍｇ（或卡铂４００～６００ｍｇ）＋阿霉累５０～７０ｍｇ（或表阿霉素７０～９０ｍｇ）＋丝裂霉素２０～３０ｍｇ＋氟尿嘧啶１０００～１５００ｍｇ（有时不加）＋碘苯酯２～３２ｍｌ。结果显示可产生胃肠道毒副作用、造血抑制、肝肾功能损害及轻微心脏毒性。但只要处理适当，仍是安全可行的治疗手段。he toxic reactions were studied in 67 pa-tients witb primary liver cancer treated by atotal of 234 tiizies of intra-hepatic arterial infu-sion of anticancer drugs and myodil at a largedosage combination. Tbe drugs used were cis-platin 100～120 mg (or carboplatin 400～600ingl)+adriainycin 50～70 nig (or pbarznoru-bicin 70～90 nig)+mitomycin 20～30 mg+5-Fu l000～l500mg (sometimes no using )+ myodil 2～32 ml. The toxic reactions in-cluded a discoinfort of gastrointestinal tract,arrest of bone marrow, inipairment of liverand renal function, and a slight cardiotoxici-ty. Tbis tberapy may be regarded as safe andeffeetive for treatmient of bepatocellular carci-noma, if the toxic reactions are controlledwelt.
