角膜深层玻璃异物裂隙灯下取出60例分析

摘　　要：目的:通过对60例角膜深层玻璃异物取出的回顾分析,探讨治疗的方法。方法:在裂隙显微镜下,带水注射器4号针头剔除异物后,换26号钝针头,在角膜层间冲洗玻璃碎屑,异物已嵌在Descemet氏膜,则用显微镊取出。结果:经上述方法异物全部一次取出,无1例感染,伤口均I期愈口,视功能恢复。结论:在裂隙显微镜下取角膜深层玻璃异物具有光学照明清晰.光线集中,对异物分辨率高、异物定位准确、组织损伤小、利于伤口修复等优点。Objective: To discuss the method of treatment of dislodgment cornea deep layer glass foreign body through analysis with 60 cases. Method: Under the slit-lamp biomicroscope, reject the foreign body by No.4 needle ,Then wash out the glass broken bits in cornea layer with the normal saline by No.26 bluntness needle, and take out foreign body by microforceps if foreign body inlay the Descemet’s membrane. Result:All the foreign bodys were taken out once without infection.All wounds were healed at one stage, and visual function recovered well. Conclusion: Dislodgment cornea deep layer glass foreign body under the slit-lamp biomicroscope takes the advantages of ray concentration, high resolution, accurate localization, micro damage to the tissue and fine wound healing.
