摘　　要：乡镇卫生院是农村卫生服务的主体,是农村三级医疗预防保健网的枢纽,是实现农村各项卫生工作的关键,而卫生人力资源在某种程度上决定了乡镇卫生院的盛衰。分析湖北省乡镇卫生院卫生人力资源的现状及其存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策,对推动乡镇卫生院的改革和发展,尤其是卫生人力资源配置、加强农村卫生工作具有一定的实际价值。Rural public health center is the subject of rural health service,the key position of rural medical prevention and health care network,and the key of every health work.Health human resources have determined the prosperity and decline of rural public health centers to some extent.This text has analyzed the current situation and problems of the health human resources of rural public health centers in Hubei,and has put forward the countermeasures.This text also has certain value to the reform and development of the rural public health centers,especially to the health human resources distribution and the work of rural health.
