摘 要:目的比较生化汤单煎液与共煎液中阿魏酸的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,InertsilODS-3C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);甲醇-水(含1%乙酸)(45∶55,v/v)为流动相;流速1.0mL/min;检测波长为321nm;外标法定量。结果阿魏酸在0.6~180.0mg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率为102.65%。结论共煎液中阿魏酸的含量明显高于单煎液(P<0.01)。Objective To compare the contents of ferulic acid in Shenghuatang decocted together and decocted separately. Methods The determination was carried on RP-HPLC. Using Inertsil ODS-3 C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol-water (containing 1% acetic acid) (45∶55, v/v) with flow rate of 1 mL/min and at the detection wavelength of 321 nm, and the contents were calculated by external-standard method. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.6~180.0 mg/L (r =0.9999, n =6). The average recovery was 102.65%. Conclusion The content of ferulic acid in Shenghuatang decocted together was higher than that in Shenghuatang decocted separately (P<0.01).
