氟苯尼考与多西环素联合对鸡大肠杆菌病的治疗效果

摘　　要：研究了氟苯尼考单药及与多西环素联合对鸡大肠杆菌的抗菌活性、抗菌后效应(PAE)及对试验性鸡大肠杆菌病的治疗效果.结果表明:氟苯尼考对鸡大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为1 6mg·L-1,与氯霉素相同,是甲砜霉素的2 5%;氟苯尼考对鸡大肠杆菌的PAE(1 45～2 07h)显著长于甲砜霉素(P<0 05),呈浓度依赖性.棋盘法测得氟苯尼考与多西环素联合对鸡大肠杆菌呈无关作用,部分抑菌浓度(FIC)指数值为1 5,联合时的氟苯尼考MIC值是其单独时50%.氟苯尼考以1∶2(质量比)与多西环素联合时,对鸡大肠杆菌的PAE与单药PAE的较大值相近,与相应浓度的单药相比均表现为无相关作用.氟苯尼考3种剂量(10mg·kg-1和20mg·kg-1(肌注)、30mg·kg-1(口服))、或联合用药(氟苯尼考10mg·kg-1+多西环素20mg·kg-1、氟苯尼考20mg·kg-1+多西环素40mg·kg-1(口服))5种治疗方案,对鸡大肠杆菌病的治愈率分别为73 3%,76 7%,73 3%,76 7%,80 0%,感染对照组的死亡率为80 0%.A study was conducted on the antibacterial activity,post_antibiotic effect and efficacy of florfenicol and its combination with doxycycline against the experimental infection of chickens with E.coli.The results revealed that the minimal inhibitory concentrations(MICs)of flofenicol against E.coli were 1.6 mg·L^(-1),equal to that of chloramphenicol and 2.5% of thiamphenicol.The results also demonstrated that PAEs duration induced by florfenicol against E.coli (1.45～2.07 h) was much longer than that of thiamphenicol(P<0.05) and showed concentration dependent.The sensitivity test for combination of florfenicol with doxycycline was conducted by 'Chess_board'method. The results illustrated that the combinations were indifferent to E.coli and fractional inhibitory concentration(FICs)was 1.5,that is to say,MICs of these combinations were 2 times lower than those of florfenicol alone.The PAEs of the combinations were little longer than those of singles against the same organism,and they illustrated indifference.Following treatment with three doses of florfenicol(10 mg·kg^(-1) and 20 mg·kg^(-1) via intramuscular,30 mg·kg^(-1) via oral )or two doses combinations (10 mg·kg^(-1) florfenicol plus 20 mg·kg^(-1) doxycycline or 20 mg·kg^(-1) florfenicol plus 40 mg·kg^(-1) doxycycline by oral ),the curative rates against E.coli were 73.3%,76.7%,73.3%,76.7% and 80.0%,respectively,and the mortality of infected control group was 80.0%.
