N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶活性测定在糖尿病微血管病变诊断中的临床意义

摘　　要：检测了57例糖尿病患者和83例正常对照者的血、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)活性。发现糖尿病患者NAG活性显著高于对照组(P＜0.01)，与同时测定的血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))、尿白蛋白呈显著正相关(P均＜0.01)，治疗后随血糖下降尿NAG活性降低，但有微血管病变组仍显著高于正常对照组。提示NAG活性是反映糖尿病性微血管病变程度的一项指标。This paper presents our observations on serum and urine N-acetyl-β-glu-cosaminidase(NAG)in 57 patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).The results showed that NAG activity increased remarkably in DM than in controls(P＜0.01),and had a significant direct correlation with blood glucose(BG),haemoglobin A_1C(HbA_(1c))and urine albumin mea-sured at the same time,After treatment,the urine NAG activities were reduced in well-con-trolled diabetic patients,but were still higher in the patients with microangiopathy than in the controls(P＜0.01),suggesting that NAG activity was useful as an indicator of the de-velopment of microangiopathy.
