彩色多普勒超声对绒毛膜上皮癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：对16例绒毛膜上皮癌患者进行了彩色多普勒超声（CDFI）检查，声像图显示在子宫肌壁病灶的无回声区或光团回声内及其周边可见红蓝镶嵌的丰富彩色血流信号，呈动、静脉频谱，动脉频谱为低阻力型，其阻力指数（RI）为0.357±0.030，CDFI亦可估计化疗效果，化疗前、后RI值差异有显著性意义（P＜0.01）。Doppler color flow images(CDFI)performed in 16 patients with chorioep-itheliomas suggested that an abundant red and blue mosaic signal is characteristic of blood flow within nonechoic or hyperechoic area of the uterine myometrium focus.This forms frsquent spectrum of vein and artery.Arterial spectrum showed a pattern of low resistance ;its mean resistance index(RI)is 0.357±0.030.CDFI can be used to evaluate the effect of chemotherapy.The difference of RI-value before chemotherapy and after chemotherapy is significant(P＜0.01).
