热化疗治疗荷人卵巢癌裸鼠的疗效研究  

The Effect of Thermochemotherapy on Ovarian Cancer of Nude Mice Loaded with Human Ovarian Cancer Xenograft

摘　　要：应用热化疗（即肿瘤局部水浴44℃，30min，同时腹腔内注射CDDP3mg／kg）对移植于裸鼠的人卵巢癌进行实验研究。16只裸鼠分为热疗组、化疗组、热化疗组及对照组。结果热疗组TRW/CRW的最小值为3.2％，化疗组的TRW／CRW的的最小值为4.5％，两组相比差异无显著性意义（P＞0.05）。热化疗组TRW／CRW的最小值仅为0.165％，与其它各组相比差异有极显著性意义（P＜0.01）。热化疗组4只裸鼠中3只裸鼠的癌组织内可见广泛变性、坏死，但在纤维化的组织中仍可见少数存活的癌细胞，另一只裸鼠的瘤灶在治疗10d后脱落，基底组织病理检查未见癌细胞，其它各组无变化。上述结果显示，热化疗较单一热疗或化疗能明显抑制肿瘤生长。The effect of thermochemotherapy(i.e.a water bath applied to the region of the tumor at 44℃ for 30 minutes and CDDP administeredi.p.at a dose of 3mg／kg) wasevaluated in nude mice loaded with human ovarian cancer xenograft.16 mude mices were divided into 4 groups i.e.hyperthermia,chemotherapy,thermochemotherapy and controlgroup.The results showed that the minimal value of TRW／CRW was 3.2％ in hyperthermia group,4.5％ in chemotherapy group.There was no significant difference between two groups(P＜0.05).The minimal value of TRW／CRW was 0.165％ in thermochemotherapy group and had significant differences as compared with groups(P＜0.01).In the themochemotherapy group,necrotic changes were shown to a great extent in the cancer tissues in 3 nude mice,but a few cancer cells still survived in the fibrous tissue.The tumor of the other nude mice denuded 10 days after treatment.No obvious change was found in other groups.Above results suggested that the tumor growth in the thermochemotherapy group was significantly inhibited as compared with those in the other groups.
