醋高诺酮肟的合成及其顺、反式异构体的分离

摘　　要：本文对文献报道的醋高诺酮肟（Norgestlmate）的多种合成方法进行了比较。设计更简单的合成方法，合成了醋高诺酮肟。在合成方法及合成的总收率上均较文献报道为优，合成所得的醋高诺酮肟经柱层析分离、提纯得到了顺、反式的醋高诺酮肟。为完成顺、反式醋高诺酮肟异构体的药效学研究提供了样品。顺、反式异构体的药效学研究，将为醋高诺酮肟作为避孕药，提供科学依据。A new and simple method for synthetlzing the norgestimate was developed.The yield of the title compound was much better than those of the reported ones.In addition,the cis-isomer and trans-isomer of the norgestimate were ioslated by use of the column chromatography.The structure of the isomers were identified by spectrocopy.The isolated samples can be used in the pharmacodynamical research about the norgestimates isomers and the results of which will provide the scientific basis for the marketing of the norgestimate as a new contraceptive．
