摘　　要：高等教育改革是贯穿于高等教育全过程，使高等教育不断发展进步的内在机制。国际化、网络化、信息化、高技术和终身教育等已成为国际高等教育改革的发展趋势。在学习研究各国高等教育改革经验的基础上，探讨高等教育改革的规律性和趋势，对借鉴国际高等教育改革的成果，加快我国的高等教育改革具有现实意义。The higher education reformation is carried out throughout the whole higher education,which makes the higher education international netword、informative and high-technical one etc.On the basis of studying the reformation of higher education in many countries,this atricle discuses the regularity and tendency of higher education reformation and puts forward several specific proposals on how to reference the achievements in foreign countries and accelerate the higher education reformation in our country.
