摘　　要：该文通过对新形势下教师流失成因、高校本性与高校教师本性流失的互动关系进行分析 ,进而提出了高校教师本性流失的对策 ,即应当重视教师的师德教育 ;加强宏观调控 ,建立健全管理机制 ;This paper analyzes the contributing factors about universities teachers' losing under new circumstance and the intimate relationship between the character of universities and the reality about the losing of universities teachers' nature. It further discusses the methods of how to solve the problem.
