摘　　要：高校教工思想政治工作要贯穿到学校的主体工作中，加强正面引导和释疑解惑，讲究针对性、主动 性和实效性，形成党政工团齐抓共管，人人都做思想政治工作的新格局，将工作着力点放在基层，通过潜 移默化的渗透式教育，实施自我教育、自我提高。The ideological and political work concerning the teaching staff in the higher institutions is important. Strengthening positive guiding, solving puzzling problems and stressing targets, initiate and practical results will re- sult in the new situation that every department and activist participate in the ideological and political work. The em- phasis should be put on the grassroot organization to realize every member's self-education and self-improvement through imperceptible education.
