摘　　要：目的了解医护人员对医院SARS防护环境的评价情况,为采取有效对策提供科学依据。方法对 2004年初广州市诊治SARS患者的医护人员进行问卷调查。结果大多数医护人员认为今年SARS患者病情轻、传染性弱、易治愈;对医院有关SARS控制的制度、措施普遍满意;但对今后医院能否防范SARS的职业感染心存疑虑。结论医院管理制度健全,防护措施到位,SARS患者病情轻、传染性弱是今年未发生医务人员职业感染的主要原因。Objective To survey the opinion of the health care workers to the hospitals’ SARS protective environment to provide rational references to the control infection. Methods Investigate in the healthcare workers of the SARS’s treatment hospitals in the early 2004. Results Most healthcare workers considered that the SARS sufferers of this year were mild in the illness with weak infectivity and were easily curable. Generally, they were satisfied with the hospitals’ SARS protective systems and measures. But they also worried about the hospitals’ protections against the occupational infection. Conclusion The main reasons for the avoidance of occupational infection among the healthcare workers included integrative hospital management system, completely protective measures, mild state of the illness, and weak infectivity.
