How could America Escape When the Global "Furnace" Came True?

摘　　要：近几个月来,围绕美国小布什政府在《京都议定书》问题上出尔反尔的行为,全世界舆论为之哗然,世界各国对美国破坏国际社会重大的环保努力的举动表示强烈的不满,欧洲人尖锐发问:一旦全球气候恶变,你美国人能逃得了?看来,在环保问题上,全世界各国,不论是什么体制和意识形态,都有必要联合起来制止美国这种极端自私的霸道行为,教训教训这个什么事情也不懂的“霸主”。Recently, the world has been angered by Bush jr. Government's breaking of promise on <Kyoto Agreement>. European states sharply question how America could escape once the global weather became cancerous. It seems that the states all around the world, no matter what system or ideology they are, should get united to stop America's extreme selfishness and teach the hegemony a lesson.
