摘  要:在传统结构优化设计的基础上,首次考虑疲劳断裂因素的影响,建立了以结构的静强度、疲劳、断裂、振动性能为模糊约束条件,以结构重量、疲劳寿命和断裂寿命为多个目标的结构多目标模糊优化设计模型。以此模型对一双梁式平直机翼进行了优化设计,设计结果表明:模糊多目标优化设计得到了比确定性多目标优化设计更小的翼梁总截面积;模糊优化设计放宽了对约束条件的限制,材料得到了更加有效的利用。Based on traditional structural optimum design, fatigue and fracture are introduced to establish structural fuzzy constraint conditions composed of static strength, dynamic strength, fatigue Life, fracture life, and structural weight, fatigue and fracture lives are taken as structural multi-objective fuzzy optimum function for design. A double-longeron straight wing is used to obtain a calculation model for structural multi-objective fuzzy optimum design. From the optimum design results, it is shown that the total area of wing beam designed by multi-objective fuzzy optimization model is less than that by multi-objective deterministic optimization model. It is possible for fuzzy optimum design to extend the constraint conditions, thus the materials on the optimum designed structure are utilized as effectively and sufficiently as possible.
