摘　　要：目的　测定黄蜀葵花中总黄酮的含量。方法　以芦丁为对照品比色法测定。结果　回归方程A=0 .4 5 4 8C - 0 .0 174 0 (r=0 .9999) ,加样回收率为 96 .6 8% ,RSD =1.31%。结论　测定结果准确 。Objective To determine the content of total flavonoids in the flower of Abelmoschus manihot L.Methods Chromometry was used for the determination and rutin was used as the refence substance.Results There was a regressive equotion:A=0.454 8C—0.017 4(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 96.68% and RSD was 1.31%.Conclusion The method is accurate with a good reproductivity.
