摘　　要：免维护蓄电池超细玻璃纤维隔板以优良的物化性能得到了广泛应用。目前该产品的主要问题是物理、电化指标不太稳定,薄厚不均,表面质量较差。我们经理论分析及多年实验,找到了影响产品质量的主要因素。Super fine glass fibre partition board of safeguard-free storage battery is widely used for its excellent physical and chemical function. The main problem of the production is the unsteadiness of the physical,electrochemical index, unevenness of the thickness and surface quality is not up to standard. According to the theoretical analysis and experiments for years, the author finds the main factors of influencing the quality of the production and the relevant solutions.
