摘　　要：本文简述了用于各种工业与民用建筑工程施工图预算程序系统的设计与实现方法。该系统功能齐全，简明易懂，运算迅速、准确、效率高，完全适合建筑工程预算人员的实际使用。This thesis gives a brief description of the design and implementation method applied in various working drawing budget program and system of industrial and civil architectural engineering. This system has complete functions with simple understanding, prompt and accurate operationd and high efficiency,which fits for practicable use for architectural engineering budgetary personnel.
