摘　　要：在我国社会急剧变革的时代, 由于种种原因, 出现了一定程度的失序现象和社会正义的缺失, 于是, 从形而上学的角度探讨秩序与正义的关系, 寻求秩序与正义关系的最佳契合点, 通过有效的手段调节社会各行为主体之间的关系, 建立起相对和谐的社会秩序, 体现社会的正义, 便是当代社会的急需。In the present China which is in a period of rapid and drastic changes, there is a certain degree of disorder and absence of social justice for a variety of reasons. It is imperative to explore the relationship between order and justice from the view of metaphysics, to seek the best point of agreement between them, to adjust the relationship between the various subjects of actions by effective means, and to establish a relatively harmonious social order and to embody social justice.
