摘　　要：本文利用现代企业理论分析了我国国有企业经营者选择机制的现状及存在的问题,提出了改进选择机制的几点办法,以期促进国有企业的进一步改革。This article used the modern enterprise theoretical analysis our country state-owned enterprise operators to choose the mechanism the present situation and the existence question, proposed improvement choice mechanism several means, promotes the state-owned enterprise's further reform by the time.
