摘 要:研究了25~15℃变温与20℃恒温条件对23个桃品种打破休眠的影响。在21个品种中16个品种未打破生理休眠的时期,9个品种叶芽和花芽在25~15℃下的萌动指数大于在20℃条件下的萌动指数,5个品种的花芽在25~15℃下的破眠情况大于在20℃条件下,2个品种的叶芽在25~15℃下的破眠情况大于在20℃条件下。14个品种已部分打破生理休眠的时期,继续供试的16个品种对温度的反应不同,叶芽和花芽对温度的反应不同,大观山1号在25~15℃下的破眠情况大于在20℃条件下,2个桃品种安农水蜜和玉露在25~15℃下的破眠情况小于在20℃条件下;多数品种的叶芽在25~15℃下的破眠情况大于在20℃条件下,多数品种的花芽在25~15℃下的破眠情况小于在20℃条件下。不同条件对桃品种花芽萌发的先后顺序有较大的不同,但几个早花品种在3种条件下,花芽萌动均较早。The effects of changing temperatures within 25-15 ℃ and constant temperature of 20 ℃ on breaking dormancy of 23 peach cultivars were studied. The germination indexes of 9 peach cultivars were higher within 25-15 ℃ than at 20 ℃. The dormancy of flower buds of 2 peach cultivars were much more affected within 25-15 ℃ than at 20 ℃; the dormancy of leaf buds of 2 peach cultivars were much more affected within 25-15 ℃ than at 20 ℃. The dormancy of 14 peach cultivars had been partly broken; the temperature setting had different effects on 16 peach cultivars still under trials. The dormancy of Daguanshan No.1 was much more affected within 25-15 ℃ than at 20 ℃; the dormancy of Annongshuimi and Yulu were less affected within 25-15 ℃ than at 20 ℃. The dormancy of leaf buds of most peach cultivars were much more affected within 25-15 ℃ than at 20 ℃; the dormancy of flower buds of most peach cultivars were less affected within 25-15 ℃ than at 20 ℃. Temperature had effects on the order of flower buds germination of peach cultivars. Some early-germination cultivars germinated early in all three setting conditions.
