摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展 ,新的信息处理方式的出现与变化 ,对制造业企业原有的组织结构与管理模式提出了严峻的挑战 ,促使其进行组织变革 ,以提高企业的市场竞争能力。分析了近代制造业企业组织结构的演变过程 ,探讨了信息技术对制造业企业组织变革内外部环境的影响 ,研究了信息技术与制造业企业组织变革关系 。With the development of information technology and the emerging of new handling methods of information, the former organization structures and management modes of manufacture enterprises are faced with formidable challenges and impelled to make the reform to improve the market competition capacity of enterprises. The writers analyse the developing course of the organization structure of manufacture enterprises firstly, then discusses the influence of information technology on the environment of the organization reform of manufacture enterprises and discusses the relationship of information technology and organization reform of manufacture enterprises, and finally put forward the development direction of organization reform of manufacture enterprises.
