摘  要:以茶树子叶柄诱导的无根小苗,在添加不同质量浓度 NaF,AlCl3的 MS 培养基上培养,以探讨茶树富集氟、铝的机理.结果表明,在初代培养中,NaF,AlCl3对小苗生长有明显的抑制或毒害作用.小苗培养至 50 d时,添加不同质量浓度 NaF 培养的小苗生长差异性达极显著水平,而添加不同质量浓度 AlCl3培养的小苗生长差异性未达到显著水平.初代培养未死亡的芽或组织在继代培养中能恢复生长.蛋白质电泳分析表明,大田栽培茶树的芽、茎、叶和只添加 NaF 1 mmol/L 培养基培养的小苗均出现了谱带 41,42;添加 AlCl33 mmol/L 的出现了谱带 42,而添加 AlCl3 3 mmol/L,NaF 1 mmol/L 与无氟、铝添加的均未出现谱带 41,42.To study the mechanism of absorbing and accumulating NaF and AlCl3 in the tea plant,rootless young plants induced from cotyledon petioles of tea plants were cultured on the MS mediums with different concentration of NaF, AlCl3.The results were summarized as follows:NaF,AlCl3 seriously inhibited the growth of young plants.While the young plants were cultured for 50 d,the significant difference of growth existed in the young plants cultured on the mediums with different concentration of NaF, but which did not exist significant difference on the mediums with different concentration of AlCl3.The growth of the lively buds and tissues that touched the mediums was recovered in the subculture.The analyses of protein SDS-PAGE showed that band 41 and 42 existed in the buds,stems,leaves of the growing plants in the tea plantation and the young plants from tissue culture on the mediums with NaF 1 mmol/L.Band 41 existed on the mediums with AlCl3 3 mmol/L.But band 41,42 didn’t exist in the young plant on the mediums without NaF,AlCl3.
