摘　　要：　目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定太极通天液阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:以太极通天液为研究对象,采用Kromasil　ODS　(250　mm ×4.6　mm,5　 μm　)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇- 水- 冰醋酸(29∶71∶0.2),流速:1.0　mL·min-1,检测波长为320　nm,柱温为35　 ℃。结果:阿魏酸在1.9～19.4　 μ g·mL-1(r=0.999　6,n=6 )范围内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率为 99.1%　( n =9) 。结论:本测定方法简便、快速、准确,为太极通天液质量评价提供了可靠的方法。Objective: A RP-HPLC method was developed to determine the content of ferulic acid in Taiji Tongtian Oral Solution. Methods: Kromasil ODS column (250mm × 4.6mm,5 μ m ), methanol-water- glacial acetic acid (29∶71∶0.2) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL min-1,the UV detection was set at 320nm, column temperature was set at 35℃.Rusults:The linear calibration curve was obtained in the concentration range of 1.9～19.4 μ g·.mL-1,the mean recovery was 99.1% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple and fast and accurate, and could be used for the quality controlling of Taiji Tongtian Oral Solution. [
