摘  要:采用X-射线衍射(WAXD)、红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振(1H-NMR,13C-NMR)等现代仪器对汽车同步器齿环摩擦材料所选用的腰果壳油、三聚氰胺改性酚醛树脂基体的组成进行了分析表征,采用热分析(DSC-TG)技术考察了其固化和氧化分解过程.X-射线衍射显示,改性酚醛树脂主要为非晶结构;红外光谱显示其结构中存在腰果壳油、三聚氰胺的成分;核磁共振1H、13C显示,酚醛与腰果壳油、三聚氰胺形成了共聚物;DSC-TG分析结果表明,在70.5 ℃和98.3 ℃附近出现两个挥发吸热峰,失重2.87%;在113.1 ℃和156.1 ℃附近出现两个固化放热峰;有一个平缓的氧化分解放热峰:156.1 ℃以后开始放热失重;约170~180 ℃开始缓慢氧化, 286.6 ℃为氧化最高点温度,500 ℃热分解失重35.82%,残余量为81.2%.With modern instruments including X-ray diffraction, IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, automobile synchronizing ring friction materials, which composed of phenolic resin modified by cashew nut oil and melamine were analyzed. With DSC-TG technology, its solidifying, oxidation and decomposition process were observed. X-ray diffraction shows modified phenolic resin is mainly amorphous structure. IR indicates that there is cashew nut oil and melamine in the structure. H-NMR and C-NMR show phenolic, cashew nut oil and melamine form copolymer. From DSC-TG analyzing, around 70.5°C and 98.3 °C two volatile endothermal peaks appeare. There is an exothermic peak by oxidation and decomposition. After 156.1°C, it begins to exothermic and lose weight, from 170 °C to 180°C it slowly oxidates, and at 286. 6°C it reaches max oxidation temperature. At 500°C it begins to thermal decompose and the weightlessness is 35. 82%, the remains is 81.2%.
