摘　　要：探讨软细线引入或引出密封壳体的设计方法。胶密封对于价格昂贵、需拆卸保养重复使用的线状传感器来说, 有诸多不便; 水密接插件代价昂贵, 且对光纤传感器不适用。为此, 设计了一种简易密封形式, 并通过试验验证了这种形式密封可靠、拆卸方便, 适合一些小型线状传感器的密封, 并已经在深海探测用传感器中获得成功应用。The designs of soft sealant was discussed. Glue sealant is not convenient for the little linear sensors which are expensive and need to be disassembled for maintenance and used for more times, and the underwater electrical connecters are too expensive and are not suitable for optics sensors, so a sealing method was presented and it was proved to be a good seal and it is easy to be fitted. This soft sealant which was designed for linear sensor has been used in deep sea detecting sensor system successfully.
