流动儿童的计划免疫管理

摘　　要：目前 ,流动儿童的基础免疫接种率较低 ,计划免疫针对传染病发病率较高 ,流动儿童的计划免疫管理已成为我国计划免疫工作的重点。分析我国流动儿童的现状及儿童流动的原因和特点 ,发现影响流动儿童预防接种的三个因素 :①儿童家长 /监护人方面 ;②接种点对流动儿童的管理意识方面 ;③各部门间相互配合方面。从而采取相应的管理对策 :①各有关部门相互配合 ,通力合作 ;②摸清儿童流动规律 ;③加强宣传教育 ;Objective The management on EPI in floating children is crucial to current EPI in China.Low immunization coverage rate and high incidence occurred in floating children. Methods We analyzed the current status of floating children,the reasons and characteristics of children floating. (Results )Three main factors affecting floating children' vaccination were:(1)awareness of floating children' parents/guardians (2)awareness of management from vaccination sites to floating children (3)inefficiency cooperation among the departments. Conclusion So four steps are taken to immunize floating children (1)mutual cooperation among the departments (2)finding out regularity of floating in children (3)strengthening the propagation and education (4)improving of management in children' EPI.
