体育团队凝聚力多维综合评价体系的研究

摘　　要：运用定性和定量相结合的方法,对体育团队凝聚力多维综合评价体系的建立进行研究。结果表明:体育团队凝聚力的培养应从环境因素、个人因素、团队因素和领导因素入手。通过专家征询表的统计结果来看,运动员的满意度、教练员的决策能力、教练员的影响力、团队的激励机制、团队的规范等几个方面是团队凝聚力培养的重点。By means of qualitative as well as quantitative methods, this paper studies the establishment of the multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation system of sports team cohesion (ST cohesion).The result shows that the cultivation of ST cohesion should focus on the surroundings, individuals, teams, and leaders as well. The statistic result of expert consultant figures indicates that such aspects as athletes' satisfaction degree, the coach's decision-making ability and influence, the team's spiriting-up system, and its norms are the keys of ST cohesion cultivation.
