摘 要:本研究以缺锌大鼠为对象,给予4.6mg/kg体重锌后,观察了血清锌、组织锌的动态变化及24h尿、粪中累计排锌量和锌的吸收率。结果表明,锌酵母进入大鼠体内后血清锌变化的回归方程为:1ogC=0.690-0.041t,生物半衰期(t_(1/2))为7.4h,消除速度常数K为0.095h^(-1);锌在组织中均值的变化,除肾脏锌含量在7h达高峰值外,其它脏器中锌含量均在11h达高峰值;锌从尿、粪中24h累计排出量约为给予量的65%,表观吸收率为35.71%。Man-made zinc-deficient mice were used as the objects of study in this research.After zinc-enriched yeast (4.6mg/kg)was given,the authors made observations on the dynamic changes of the zinc content in blood serum and tissues of mice;and zinc excretion and absorpfron in 24 hours.The authors detected that,when zinc-enriched yeast entered the bodies,it caused changes of zinc content in blood serum,at this time,the equation of regression was logC=0.690-0.04lt;the half-life was 7.2 hours;the constant K of eliminating speed was 0.095 hours.The changes of average value of zinc in tissuses were like this:only the zinc content in kidney reached its climax within 7 hours,in other tissues the zinc content reached their climax within the average of 11 hours,The accumulative total of excreted zinc through excrement and urine was about 65% of the given zinc;the absorptivity was 35.17%.
