摘  要:为了建立一支营养工作队伍,使"儿童营养监测与改善"项目能顺利执行。中国预防医学科学院营养与食品卫生研究所和27个省、自治区卫生防疫站或食检所及101个项目县合作,采用分级培训办法,经过两年多时间,培训各级营养工作人员10565名。为评价培训效果,对684名受培训人员进行了通信调查。70%以上的人对培训的12个主要问题回答正确。62.7%的人参加了营养现场工作。16.4%~43.4%的人能将所学的营养改善措施应用于现场工作。In order to strengthen the nutritional working manpower and to make the″Surveillance and improvement of children′s nutrition″project to be carried out smoothly, 10565 nutritional trainers and trainees were trained during 1990 -1992. The training was conducted by institute of nutrition and food hygiene in cooperation with 101 project counties in 27 provinces.The results of the evaluation of long-term effect by using mail-survey indicated that 70%respondents could answer the 12 questions correctly.62.7% of them are still working in the field of nutrition,16.4%~43.4% of them could practice what they have learned in field work. The conclusion is that the trainees could not only grasp what they learned but also use it in the nutrition field work.
