摘　　要：法学专业课程教学要求理论与实践相结合,以国际经济法为视角,应该突出"多位一体"的架构,形成"公法"与"私法"分立的模式,强调立法经验与教学实践相结合。运用实际教学的手段。提高教学效果。according to international economical law, it is necessary to combine theory with practice, cling to one structure of the many stations, form the divided model of common law and civil law , join law empiricism to educational practice, use the mode of practical education in order to enhance educational effect.
