热休克蛋白70在侵袭性葡萄胎化疗子宫内膜的表达及其与预后的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)在侵袭性葡萄胎化疗子宫内膜中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法,分别检测34例侵袭性葡萄胎患者的子宫内膜标本中化疗前后HSP70的表达,并进行定期随访追踪检测。结果HSP70在侵袭性葡萄胎患者子宫内膜中过度表达,其表达与病理分期呈正相关(P<001),与化疗后近期疗效呈正相关(P<001),但高表达组与低表达组相比,无病生存期显著降低(P<001)。结论子宫内膜中HSP70表达水平可作为侵袭性葡萄胎转归及化疗疗效判定的指标。Objective To study the heat shock protein 70(HSP70) expression of endometrium in the invasive mole patients received chemotherpay and its' clinical signifcance.Methods The HSP70 expression of endometrium were detected by immune histochemistry method in 34 patients with invasive hydatidiform mole before and after chemotherpay.Clinical outcomes-survival were evaluated.Results The HSP70 of endometrium were overexpressing in patients with invasive hydatidiform mole.The expression of HSP70 was correlated positively with the increasing histological stages(P<0.01).But for the long time the survival time of hight HSP70 expression was shorter than the low expression group(P<0.01).Conclusion The changes of HSP70 expression of endometrium in the invasive mole patients received chemotherapy are closely related to the prognosis and the curative effect of chemotherapy.
