摘　　要：本文有两个目的:(1)通过探讨“副词+名词”这种语言结构的创新过程说明非范畴化在认知与语言创新中的作用;(2)在学者们已经取得的研究成果的基础上,考察以下几个未决的问题:语言实体的指称与陈述意义的相互转化的认知操作机制、语义来源与基础;语义提取的方式;名词用于描述性意义时在相关结构中的可接受性差异;探讨该结构的理论意义。The paper is intended to examine the role decategorization plays in the process of cognitive and linguistic innovation through the exploration of the Adv+N construction. Based on the findings of many scholars, the paper aims to solve the following unsettled issues: the cognitive mechanism and semantic sources for a linguistic entity’s conversion from reference to assertion; the mechanism for the extraction of the intended meaning from among the many meaning potentials; causes for the acceptability differences of nouns used in their assertive senses in different constructions; and lastly the theoretical significance in the research of the Adv+N construction.
