卡托普利和氯沙坦对Ang所致血管平滑肌细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨血管紧张素 (Ang )在不同浓度和不同作用时间下对血管平滑肌细胞 (VSMC)凋亡的作用及卡托普利 (CP)和氯沙坦 (L T)对其的影响。方法　采用流式细胞技术测定在 Ang 不同浓度和不同作用时间下 VSMC凋亡率的变化和 CP、L T对其的影响。结果　中低剂量 Ang 对 VSMC凋亡无明显作用 ,大剂量有诱导凋亡的作用 ;单用 L T对 VSMC凋亡无明显作用 ,单用 CP有促进凋亡作用 ,二者合用时明显增加凋亡率。结论　大剂量 Ang 可明显促进 VSMC凋亡 ,合用 CP和 L T可明显增加 Ang 所致 VSMC的凋亡率。Objective To study the effect of angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) at different concentrations and different action time on apoptosis ratio in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) and the influences of captopril (CP) and losartan (LT)on it.Methods Flow cytometer was used to measure the changes of VSMC apoptosis ratio induced by AngⅡ in different concentrations and different action time,and influenced by CP and LT.Results VSMC Apoptosis ratio was induced and increased by AngⅡ in high concentrations,and have no obviously effect in middle-low concentration.The proapoptotic effect was not abolished by LT,.CP had some effect on apoptosis ratio,however VSMC apoptosis was significantly increased when cells were pretreated with the combination of LT and CP.Conclusions VSMC Apoptosis ratio may be induced and increased by AngⅡ in high concentrations,especially with the combination of LT and CP.
