摘　　要：陈顾远是中国当代著名法学家,他的中华法系研究是其学术成果的重要组成部分。他对于中华法系的态度、研究方法、价值评估以及总结出的中华法系的特质,对于我们今天进一步深入研究中华法系具有重要的参考价值。CHEN Gu -yuan is an important jurist i n Chinese contemporary.His Chinese Legal System re-search scholarship result constitu te the important part of all his scholarship results.His attitude,resea rch method,value judgement and the characteristics of chinese legal system are valuefull for us today to further thoroughly research chinese legal s ystem.
