摘　　要：针对通用的光栅传感器数据采集系统存在的问题,介绍了一种新型的基于PCI总线的光栅传感器数据采集系统的设计方法。详细介绍了整个系统的硬件电路设计,包括光栅传感器信号的CPLD处理、PCI总线接口电路设计;同时对该系统的性能进行了分析。该系统已经成功应用于某型号的光栅传感器位移测量系统中。To solve the problem of the general grating sensor data acquisition system,a new scheme to design the grating sensor data acquisition system is introduced. The design of the whole hardware circuit, including the CPLD processing of the sensor signal, the PCI bus inter- face circuit is introduced. Meanwhile, the performance analyses are provided. The system has been successfully applied to some type of grating sensor displacement measurement system.
