论高职教育人才培养模式的国际化

摘　　要：高职教育在坚持本土特色的同时,还要突破"为地方建设服务"的圈子,实现人才培养模式的国际化,即:培养具有国际竞争力的技术应用性人才;以国际社会需求变化为导向,调整专业方向;设置国际化课程,实现学科普遍化、跨文化、全球通;实现以学生为本的服务性教学管理体系;积极参与国际教育市场的合作和竞争;促进认证制度的国际化和就业国际化.Our higher vocational education should break the circle of serving local construction, and achieve the internationalization of talents training pattern,while insists on our native characters simultaneously.It include developing the technical applied talents with international competency, taking the needs changing of the world as the oreintation to adjust the specilities, constracting the curriculum in line with international ones,promoting the internationalization of attesting and employment and so on.
