摘　　要：现代学徒制培训是英国政府在20世纪90年代推出的一项重要的业本学习项目,它主要面向已完成义务教育的16～24岁青年(受高等教育者除外).本文主要介绍现代学徒制培训计划的组织与具体运作情况,并简要总结该项培训计划的实质.The modern apprenticeship system is an important work-based learning program that British government has begun to develop in 1990s, which faces the youth who are in the age from 16 to 24 and have finished the compulsory education. The author mainly introduces the organization and the detailed operating situation of the training of the modern apprenticeship system and summarizes the essence of the training plan simply on the basis of investgation.
