摘　　要：从 2 0世纪 80年代开始 ,矿业全球化开始发展并取得了显著的进步。矿业全球化主要表现在 :矿业投资全球化、跨国矿业公司的兼并、矿产品国际贸易全球化和矿业政策调整的全球化。在矿业全球化的大趋势下 ,作为矿业投资的主体———矿业公司的投资要面向全球 ,因此矿业公司的投资选择主要体现在勘探和开发的矿种与地区两个方面。The globalization of mining industry initiated in 1980s and has seen great development since then. It is reflected in mining investment globalization,merge of transnational mining companies,the globalization of mining products and mining industrial tragedy adjustment in countries all over the world. Under this circumstance,mining enterprises,the main body of mining investment,should be globe oriented and have to decide before investment what and where to explore.
