抗糜灵的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的研究抗糜灵 (Kangmiling ,KML)治疗宫颈糜烂的药理作用。 方法用苯酚胶浆建立大鼠宫颈糜烂模型 ,取其阴道及子宫进行病理学检查。小鼠二甲苯致炎、大鼠踝关节角叉菜胶致炎、豚鼠磷酸组胺致痒 ,观察抗糜灵的抗炎及止痒作用。结果病理学检查 ,模型组大鼠宫颈黏膜下可见大量炎细胞浸润 ,小血管扩张 ,出现黏膜溃疡 ,治疗组上述改变不明显。抗糜灵对乙型溶血性链球菌有一定的抑杀作用 ,减少小鼠耳肿胀及大鼠踝关节肿胀程度 ,提高豚鼠磷酸组胺的致痒阈。结论抗糜灵具有明显的抑菌、抗炎、止痒作用 ,对宫颈糜烂有一定的治疗作用。Objective To explore the effect of KML (a drug for treating cervical erosion) on experimental rats with cervical erosion,and its anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effect.Methods All the experimental rats with cervical erosion were given pathological tests;swelling of paws and ears in mice was induced by carrageenine and dimethylbenzene respectively,histamine phosphate allergic pruritic tolerance in guinea pigs,the pharmacological effects were observerd.Results In the model group,after the pathological test,a great number of inflammatory cells were found soaked in cervical mucosa,small blood vessels dilated.In KML treatment group there was no obvious signigicance.it could inhibit and/or destroy some bacteria.It also increased the itching threshold value of histamine phosphate allergic pruritic tolerance in guinea pigs and decreased the rates of swelling on ear acute inflammatory oedema of a mouse induced by dimethylbenzene and carrageenine caused in the foot of a rat after using the drug.Conclusions KML can treat cervical erosion to some extent and has anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effect.
