护士职业危害分析与防护

摘　　要：随着《职业危害防治条例》的出台,护士的职业危害分为生物性危害、化学性危害、物理性危害、运动功能性危害、心理社会性危害。针对这些危害,护士采取相应的安全防护措施:建立良好的护患关系;自身安全意识的培养;加强应对暴力的培训;医院环境、设施相应改善;社会支持系统积极配合等。With the issues of “regulations of occupational harm's prevention and treatment”, nurses occupational harm could be divided into: biological harm, chemical harm, physical harm, mobility function harm and psychological social harm. Aiming at these harms, nurses should take corresponding prevention measures: setting up good relationship with patients, cultivating self consciousness about safty, enhancing training against voilence, improving hospital environment and facilities, and positive social support system's cooperation.
