摘　　要："红色精神资源"的实质内容有:解放思想、实事求是;团结协作;乐于奉献;艰苦奋斗;勇于创新。"两课"教师必须充分利用"红色精神资源",促进"两课"教育教学的发展。其中,解放思想、实事求是是推进"两课"教育教学改革的思想指南;团结协作精神是"两课"教育教学富有生命力的基石;树立"敬业"、"爱岗"、"奉献"的教师职业道德是搞好"两课"教育教学的精神动力;保持"艰苦奋斗"的精神,是促进"两课"教育教学的本质要求;创新精神是"两课"教育教学生命力的源泉。'The resources of red spirit' include emancipation of mind, seeking truth from facts, unity and cooperation, willingness of dedication, hard struggle and daring to make innovations. The teachers of 'two courses' must use the 'resources of red spirit' to promote the development of the teaching of 'two courses', of which emancipation of mind and seeking truth from facts are the ideological guides for promoting the teaching reform of 'two courses', the spirit of unity and cooperation is the cornerstone on which the teaching of 'two courses' is full of vitality, setting up the occupation morals of teachers of dedication to profession, and love of job is the spiritual drive to carry out the teaching of 'two courses', keeping the spirit of hard struggle is the intrinsic requirement of promoting the teaching of 'two courses' and the spirit of innovation is the source from which the teaching of 'two courses' is full of vitality.
