摘  要:目的 探讨噻唑烷二酮类药物 (TZD)吡格列酮对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法 建立STZ(链脲佐菌素 )诱导的糖尿病动物模型 ,随机分为正常对照组、正常对照治疗组、糖尿病组、糖尿病治疗组。结果 糖尿病组肾重 /体重显著高于正常对照组及正常对照治疗组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而糖尿病治疗组显著低于糖尿病组 (P <0 0 5 )。各组肾小球内细胞外基质蓄积、基底膜增厚及肾小球系膜细胞增生指标 ,糖尿病组均高于正常对照组、正常对照治疗组和糖尿病治疗组 (P <0 0 5 )经TZD治疗后可减轻。结论 TZD类药物可以抑制大鼠糖尿病肾小球系膜细胞增生、基底膜基质合成以及肾小球内细胞外基质蓄积 。Objective To investigate the protective effects and the mechanism of thiazolinedine on kidney of diabetic rats. Methods The animal model was induced by STZ. Wistar rats were divided into normal control group (A group), normal therapy group (B group), diabetic control group (C group) and diabetic therapy group ( D group ) randomly. Results The kw/bw in group C was higher than group A and B (P<0.05). But it was lower in group D than group C. The accumulation of extracellular stroma, thickness of base membrane and proliferation of mesenteric cell in group C were higher than those in other groups but could decrease after TZD treatment. Conclusion TZD drugs could inhibit accumulation of extracellular stroma, thickness of base membrane and proliferation of mesenteric cell so that to protect the rat kidney.
