脑淀粉样血管病并发脑出血18例临床观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨淀粉样脑血管病 (CAA)所致脑出血的临床特点。方法　复习文献结合临床 ,对我院 2年来收治的 18例CAA引起的脑出血病人进行临床资料分析。结果　该病例的发现 ,随影像学检查技术的提高而增多 ,且随年龄增高而发病率增加。 18例病人经临床确诊 4例 ,病理检查支持该病。结论　临床上无明确脑血管病变基础的老年人 ,有精神症状、进行性智能减退、合并多发性、复发性脑叶出血者 。Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of cerebral hemorrhage caused by cerebral amyloidosis angiopathy (CAA). Methods The clinical materials of 18 cases cerebral hemorrhage caused by CAA patient were analyzed retrospectively within 2 years. Results The incidence of this disease was increased with age due to the detection technique improvement. There were 4 cases obtained the pathological diagnosis among18 cases. Conclusion According to the clinical symptom and on the bases of without other blood vessel disease, the CAA diagnosis could be obtained.
