摘　　要：依据系统形态理论的基本理论原理 ,在环境复杂性和动态性不断增大的情况下 ,现代企业管理组织的结构功能关系只能是在不断地与环境相互作用的过程中成长、完善与跃迁。而尽可能系统性地应用计算机信息技术 ,也是充分有效地实现相互关系过程中的系统目的性程度的重要基础。According to the principles of system form theory ,the funct ion of modern business management organization is only created, changed and developed in the p rocess of the interaction with environment under the complexity and variation of circumstances . By using the information technology systematically, it can perform the system purpose level e ffectively in the process of the interaction.
