摘　　要：农业是国民经济的基础,在社会转型时期,农业产业结构战略性调整是农业向市场化、现代化发展的需要。只有坚持唯物辩证法,搞"两点论",防止盲目性、片面性、保守性、封闭性,才能有效地实现农业产业结构战略性调整,促进农业快速发展和农民增收致富。Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. In the course of social transition, the strategical adjustment of the agriculture industrial structure is the demands for the agriculture heading for market and modernization . It is of much significance to adhere to the material dialectics to carry out the to carry out the strategical adjusting of agriculture industrial structure, and to promote a fast development of agriculture, so as to make peasants increase earnings and get rich. It is of much significance to adhere to the material dialectics.
