中、小学体育教师职业压力源结构模型的研究

摘　　要：现阶段中、小学体育教师面临着较大的职业压力 ,要缓解中、小学体育教师的职业压力 ,首先要找出其职业压力源。在前人研究的基础上 ,构建了一阶 7因素中、小学体育教师压力源模型 ,采用Amos 4 .0对 2 82名中、小学体育教师的测试结果进行验证性因素分析 ,最终确定了中、小学体育教师职业压力源的诊断模型为一阶 5因素二阶 2因素模型。At present,primary and middle school gym teachers fa ce higher occupational pressure.In order to release this pressure,we should firs t to find out source of occupational pressure.Based on research achievement made by one generation,this paper constructs 7 factors of one phase of primary and m iddle school gym teacher pressure source model.Through using the Amos4.0,282 gym teachers are tested and factor analysis are verified.The diagnose model of gym teacher occupation pressure source is finally confirmed,that is the model of fiv e factors of one phase and two factors of two phase.It establishes solid foundat ion to exploit occupational pressure source of gym teachers.
