马鹿卵母细胞及其细胞器形态的研究

摘　　要：利用光镜和透射电镜对马鹿不同时期的卵母细胞及卵母细胞内细胞器的形状和大小进行形态学的研究,结果表明,马鹿卵母细胞培养前直径大于培养后直径,卵母细胞内各种细胞器的体积均随卵母细胞的成熟发育而增大,在卵母细胞受精后,各种细胞器体积又随之减小;The shape and size of wapiti (Cervus elaphus) oocytes and its organelles selected from different developing stages were studied by use of optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results showed that the immature oocyte's diameter was bigger than that of the maturated in-vitro. The sizes of all kinds of organelles in an oocyte were bigger and bigger with the oocyte's mature growth and development, but after the oocyte was fertilized they became smaller and smaller with the zygote's development. The data obtained from this study had provided scientific reference for deer reproduction.
