摘　　要：独立发电公司是未来电力市场上重要的竞争主体。独立发电公司的公司金融包括资本预算(投资)、融资决策与资本结构、股利政策三项内容。本文首先给出了以中国电力投资体制(改革)、企业效绩评价和金融市场为背景的独立发电公司的公司金融评价模型框架,然后结合有关实践,指出在方法上、指标上和规范上需要注意的典型问题。After “Separation of generations and grid” and “Competition on the grid”, independent power generator will be a primary part of Chinese future power market. The core for independent power generators' existence and growth is corporate finance, which includes capital budgeting, financing decisions and capital structure, and dividend policy. The paper writers try to form a draft framework for independent power generatiors’ corporate finance in the background of Chinese regulations for investment in power industry, appraising for enterprises’ performance and financial markets, and then listed typical problems lying in methods, indexes and formalities in present practice and resolutions for it.
