摘 要:目的 研究大孔吸附树脂富集、纯化独一味总黄酮的工艺条件及参数。方法 以静态饱和吸附量、静态洗脱率、动态比上柱量、比吸附量、比洗脱量为考察指标 ,比较了 8种大孔树脂分离、纯化独一味总黄酮的工艺。又以总黄酮收率和纯度为指标 ,对最佳树脂吸附工艺条件进行了筛选。结果 8种树脂中 ,LSA 10型树脂具有最佳的吸附及洗脱参数 ,其动态饱和吸附量达到 10 0 6mg·g-1干树脂 ,3倍体积蒸馏水、3倍体积 5 0 %乙醇依次洗脱 ,总黄酮收率为 85 % ,纯度为 94 5 %。结论 LSA 10型树脂综合性能较好 。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the technological parameters of the purification process of total flavones from Lamiophlomis rotata with macroreticular resins. METHODS: The static capacity absorption, static elution ratio, dynamic saturation ratio, dynamic absorption ratio, dynamic eluation ratio of eight types macroreticular resins were studied respectively and compared in order to find the optimum macroreticular resin. The technical process for purification of total flavones with the optimum macroreticular resin was screened by purity and yield of total flavones product. RESULTS: LSA-10 type macroreticular resin owned optimum absorption and eluation parameters. The dynamic absorption ratio was 100.6 mg·g-1. After eluted with 3BV of distilled water and 3BV of 50% ethanol, the yield of total flavones was 85% and product purity was 94.5%. CONCLUSION: The LSA-10 type macroreticular resin showed better comprehensive absorption property. It can be used to purify the extract of Lamiophlomis rotata.
